General Terms and Conditions for Players

1. Agreeing to the Rules.

17. Inactive Accounts.

18. Indemnity.

20. Entire Agreement and Amendments.
    These Terms are the full agreement between you and Ozwin, replacing any prior versions.

21. Intellectual Property.
    “Ozwin Casino” is a protected name. All content—graphics, text, software, and other site materials—belongs solely to the casino.
    Nothing here grants rights to use trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property. Using the site doesn’t give ownership of its assets.
22. Publicity and Your Name.
    If you win a prize, you’re giving Ozwin permission to share your first name (and the first letter of your last name, or anonymized info if needed) for promotional purposes. There’s no extra payment for this, unless the law says otherwise.
    This could mean we mention you in marketing emails, posts on social media, or banners on the site. If we ever want to use more personal details than that, we’ll always ask for your permission first.

1. Promotions at Ozwin are meant to make playing more exciting, but they come with boundaries. Only players with a verified Real account can claim them. It’s one bonus per household – if someone opens a second account to grab more, that account will be closed, and any linked winnings will be cancelled.
2. Each Ozwin bonus is limited to a single use per person, family, or even shared environments like workplaces or libraries. This keeps things fair for everyone.
3. To get a bonus, you need to claim it before you start betting with your deposit. Once you’ve placed a wager, you can’t go back and ask for the bonus—it’s already too late.
4. Bonuses aren’t immediately withdrawable. They first sit in your Bonus Balance. When all the promotion’s conditions are met, that balance moves into your regular withdrawable funds.
5. Free bonuses usually need to be wagered 60 times before cashing out. Certain games—Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, and other table or non-pokies titles—don’t count unless stated otherwise. Playing these too early or trying to withdraw before meeting requirements can void your winnings.
6. A promotion finishes once you meet wagering targets or your balance drops below $1. If there’s a maximum cash-out limit, only that amount gets transferred into your withdrawable funds; anything over is automatically removed.
7. If you’ve got a pending withdrawal, you can’t claim new bonuses until it’s processed or cancelled. Trying to get around this can lead to cancelled winnings.
8. Promotions can’t be stacked. Using one bonus on top of an existing account balance voids winnings, and your deposit simply returns to your account. Promotional emails are meant only for the specific recipient and can’t be shared.
9. Management can refuse bonuses if there’s suspected abuse. Withdrawals may also be declined if fraud is suspected, based on the casino’s discretion.
10. Any promotion can be changed or cancelled without prior notice if management decides it’s necessary.
11. All deposit bonuses are cashable here at Ozwin. Free no-deposit bonuses, however, usually have a maximum cash-out limit of 5× the bonus amount unless we say otherwise.
12. Most deposit bonuses require at least a $20 deposit unless stated differently in the promotion details.
13. If your winnings come from a deposit bonus, free bonus, or cashback and you want to withdraw, you need to make at least one withdrawal within 150 days from using that coupon. If you don’t, your winnings can be forfeited.
14. Certain betting patterns are off-limits with an active bonus. For example, placing bets on both red and black in Roulette, or playing European Roulette during a bonus period, isn’t allowed. Winnings from these will be void.
15. Free bonuses have a maximum cash-out of 5× the bonus value, unless we specifically say otherwise. Even if you hit a Random Jackpot, the cap still applies. Once your balance drops below $1, this rule no longer matters.
16. Deposit bonus coupons come with a standard wagering requirement of 30× the sum of your deposit and bonus (unless a different number is stated). This requirement applies separately to every bonus you use and only resets if your balance hits $0.
17. Winnings from any deposit-based reward bonus—weekly, monthly, yearly, or otherwise—aren’t valid if the deposit made was under $5.
18. You can’t chain multiple free bonuses or free spins without making a real-money deposit in between. If you do, management can void all bonuses and winnings from that sequence.
19. Comp points are only awarded when you wager real deposited funds or bonuses tied to a deposit. Playing solely with free bonuses doesn’t earn comp points.
20. Players who’ve never made a deposit can only claim a free money offer once (this includes welcome bonuses, birthday bonuses, no deposit bonuses, and free spins). If you try to claim more than one, winnings from the extras will be voided.
21. If your last deposit is more than three months old and you claim a free bonus, you won’t be eligible to withdraw any winnings from it.
22. Free money promotions have a maximum withdrawal limit of $180 AUD (unless we say otherwise). Any winnings above that are automatically removed once you finish wagering or request a payout.
23. Withdrawals from free bonuses worth $25–$50 are only processed if you provide a utility bill that matches the address on your Ozwin account.
24. Duplicate accounts lead to voided winnings. If we find more than one account tied to the same player, any winnings made on those accounts will be removed.
25. Restrictions on gameplay apply strictly to free bonuses. Once you meet the wagering requirements, you’re free to play any game you like.
26. Players from certain countries aren’t eligible for bonuses at all. This includes, but isn’t limited to: Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, India, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, the UK, and others listed in our official terms.
27. The weekly withdrawal limit is up to $7,500 AUD. Ozwin may adjust this limit up or down at its discretion.
28. Sometimes free bonus links are shared on forums or websites not intended by us. If we have clear evidence that a player didn’t receive a bonus through official channels, we won’t honour withdrawals from that promotion, even if wagering was completed.
29. We may update these Promotional Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect immediately when posted in the Terms and Conditions section. 30. These Promotional Terms are the full, final agreement between you and Ozwin Casino regarding promotions and bonuses. They replace any earlier agreements or understandings on this subject.

Tournament buy-ins, add-ons, or re-buys always come out of your real money balance. Bonuses can’t be used for any of these. The usual bonus rules also apply here. If you enter a tournament using balance from a no-deposit bonus, winnings from it will still have the 5× bonus withdrawal cap.
If you get disconnected during a tournament, spins won’t continue automatically. You can rejoin if you reconnect before the tournament ends and pick up where you left off. If you can’t reconnect, your Win Box total stays at the last recorded amount.
When a slot tournament is cancelled, the buy-in is refunded to your account. Add-ons and re-buys are offered in some tournaments, and their prices, values, and rake can vary. The number of add-ons or re-buys allowed also depends on the tournament itself.
Players who haven’t made a deposit or whose last deposit was over 90 days ago can only cash out tournament winnings once, and the maximum payout is $180.

Ozwin can limit access to The World of Ozwin whenever it feels necessary. This isn’t common, but it’s something that can happen if there’s a reason to step in.
When you buy something from the Store, it’s final. No refunds, no reversing the purchase. That’s why it’s worth taking a moment to read what each bonus includes before you click to buy. You don’t want to grab something and only later realize it’s not what you expected.
If you’ve got a withdrawal waiting to be processed or more than a dollar sitting in your withdrawable balance, free bonuses from the Store can’t be redeemed just yet. Those conditions have to be cleared first. Once they are, you’ll be able to use the bonuses you’ve purchased without any problem.
